Welcome to Pro Sports Official Team Sites! On this web site you will find Pro Sports Links to many of North America’s professional sports leagues and ALL of their teams, as well as tour players and racing drivers. Sports links to the news source. The guide for these links are the terms PROFESSIONAL and OFFICIAL, but you can call them FUN, too.

These links connect the visitor to the teams' news and information, statistics, pictures and more. Conveniently, links to many sources are all together in one place. These Pro Sports Links can be used for sports fans, school projects, sports casting, columns or blogs, the betting line, curiosity or just to see who’s pitching today. Pro Sports official Team Sites Links with League and Team Home Pages, Rosters, and Schedules as well as Halls of Fame, their Officials and some Events' home pages. This site is a great place to start up with any sport and an even better place to keep up with it, too. For young people, old people and everyone in between, information, pictures and stats could never be easier to find. Logos, Championship Trophies, All-Star and current standings links, photos of top 20 tour players and pictures of racing cars are all waiting to be seen and clicked on for that athletes biography and stats. Their National or State flag links to even more information, too.

Also, included with most pages is a Description of that sport with diagrams of the playing fields or arena layout. These 'Overviews' describe the sport, the objectives, some of the rules and penalties, scoring and defensive tactics. It is an explanation of what you might see when attending a game, or watching one on television. Answers to many questions an avid fan might have and good reading, for the new fan, to explain just what is going on during the game. Some of the pages required a second page to complete the Description. These pages are not in the menu, but, are accessable from the main page for that sport. The rest of the site is completely accessable from these extra pages so go ahead and link to them to finish your reading. History

The Idea started when I was looking up my old favourite sports team and, after 5 or 6 tries, couldn’t locate them in a search. I was new at internet searching, but I thought, “there should be a convenient place where all these teams are listed and then you just pick one and go!” I couldn’t find that site, either. So, when I found time, Pro Sports Official Team Sites was born.

The Site started with sports leagues and their team lists underneath them, all conveniently linked to their home pages. Then the team logos were added, linked to the team roster, and the league logos link to their standings page. Most of the players on the rosters link to biography pages on their team’s website. Flags brightened the pages and were informative; they also provided another object to link with. At first, there were many duplicate links on the tour player and racing pages, because many did not have home pages that I could find. Now, in some cases, the athlete’s name links to their page at the international governing body while it is their flag that links to their home page.

Eventually, the Skiing page was added with many links to each skier’s information including the page at their national skiing team’s web site: linked to their national flag. Also added, to just a few skiers, was a logo linked to their biography at a site dedicated to only the Ski World Cup Champions. This set the stage for Pro Sports Official Team Sites’ look today; champions and trophies, All star logos, major tournament champions, and major event links to results or event information. Some of the team pages have minor pro league affiliate logos that link to their main teams. All of the destinations have sports news articles to keep you up to date on their activities.

Now, the team pages have schedule links to their current game schedules. The leagues also have their main schedules for all their teams. The teams are listed in their divisions - alphabetically. Each division is listed under their conference and the teams are listed under the division name - for every league! Finding your favourite teams could not be easier. Finding the opponents will be a snap.

Perks

One of the fun things about this web site is that most of the images and logos link - usually to their source. Just mouse over the object and wait a second or two; a caption will appear telling you what it is and where it links to. Every picture and logo does this to remove any guessing about an object or it’s linking destination. However, a couple of objects do not link: they are described, but, no link destination is given. Some of the first pages load slowly, but, if you just wait a minute or so, while the page loads, you will conveniently have links to some of the biggest names in Pro Sports.

The improved page navigation means a lot less scrolling. In most cases, moving about a page can be accomplished without the scroll bar - but, it is there to use so no part of Pro Sports Official Team Sites is unreachable. The playing field diagrams link to larger pictures of themselves, as do some of the Racing Schedules, so they can be more easily read.

The Tour Player and Racing Pages all have a Logo and link to the next event and the season's schedule. Keeping up on any sport is now convenient and easy. Pro Sports Official Team Sites provides Pro Sports Links that are convenient and easy to use for many of North America's major sports leagues and ALL of their teams, or the current top players of tour player organizations. Four major racing leagues and all of their regular teams and drivers are included, with countdowns to each race and drop down menus displaying each race's results. Also, there is the Other Sports Organizations page listing many other sports catagories; each with links to representative sites of them. This simple layout is best seen on the SITEMAP page.

Don't forget, there are links to 'How to Use' and 'Terms of Use' documents in the upper right corner of each page. They have been updated recently to be more current.
